Grafik Eye QS

We are a church that utilizes the Grafik Eye QS control unit.
Our desire is to tie or interface it to ProPresenter v7. In other words utilze ProPresenter to select the lights and set lighting levels.
Is there a commercially available interface that can link the two?

Hello. Do you have a black lighting control panel in your church as well? This would be in an electrical room or utility closet. Lutron panels often have the ability to integrate with DMX input systems such as ProPresenter. Can you please confirm the following?

1. Does ProPresenter use DMX communication to work with 3rd party systems? Or is another control protocol used?
2. Does your church have a large black lighting control panel? Or is everything controlled directly from the Grafik Eye? If there is a Lutron job number, that would help.

Grafik Eye controller wired directly to existing lighting switch panels when all lighting was switched to LED. Basically the original on/off switch replaced by Grafik controller. So no black lighting control panel.
ProPresenter suggests using Lightkey software with a Mac that would talk to some type of interface. This is where our (mine) ignorance comes in.
Bottom line of what we wish to accomplish: provide the ability of one of our AV team to be able to control auditorium (sanctuary ) lighting without having to slide over to the control panel housing the Grafik controllers; a distance of about 4 feet.

After a brief look on their website, it looks like ProPresenter uses DMX commands to communicate with a lighting control system. The Grafik Eye QS, by itself, does not have the ability to receive DMX input commands. It does have the ability to receive telnet commands through TCP/IP communication, as well as RS232, and contact closure inputs. We would recommend reaching out to ProPresenter support to confirm which protocol can be used to control our lighting hardware.
