STWD 6B kepad - one button not activating light

I have one light on a six button keypad that is no longer activating a light. I am trying to determine if there is any way to know if the problem is with the keypad, or the system processor, etc.

There is one red light on a HWI-Q96 interace - not sure if this could be part of the problem.

It is a homeworks Illumination system.

    Thanks

    Same problem

I think I have the same system if not I have the same problem - the dining room chandelier no longer lights up. No power gets to the fixture. Wondering if these switches go bad, and if so, can I swap out another switch panel directly, or is there something I need to do first, the equivaleent of switching off the breaker?

    Cheers,
    Greg
