I migrated from RA2 to RA3, and cannot integrate the RA3 system with HomeKit. I downloaded the Lutron App and can sign-in and navigate successfully in my professional account. I was told somewhere that I need a homeowner account to integrate with HomeKit, which makes sense as HomeKit is a personal environment. I created a homeowner account from within the Lutron App, then the app prompted me to Add Home.
After pressing Add Home, I was asked if I am setting up a new Caseta system. I answered 'no' because I have only RA3. I then proceeded by pressing 'Start discovering'.
The app said 'Found your system' and displayed what appears to be a RA3 processor, but I'm told to "tap the button on your hub". I have two problems: 1) I have a processor, not a hub, and 2) there is no button on my processor.
My RA2 processor and Connect Hub are powered off.
I get the sense I have the wrong app, wrong account, or I'm missing a piece of equipment.
How can I proceed?
