Processor HQP6-2 lossing comunication with a H48
Here is a description of the system installed
2 pcs HPQ6-2
32 pcs of HQWD-W6BRL wired keypads
86 pcs of QS Sivoia wired shade
3 pcs of H48
100 pcs of HWD-6ND wired maestro dimmers
12 pcs of HWD-2ANF wired fan control
20 pcs of HWDD-8ANS wired switch
The system works fine as long as the main power does not shutt off, as soon as it shutts off and comes back, there is no control over any of the devices connected to the 3 pcs of the H48, the shades work fine after 20 seconds, to regain control of the devices connected to the H48 y have to do a Transfer of all the information, done, everything works fine.
Any help will be appretiated.

Thank you for the information.
We have listed as a current issue with the HWQS 9.X releases that if a power cycle occurs to the processor and H48 boards that you may experience an issue with the H48 devices not communicating. The system will require a transfer to make the system functional again. This issue will be resolved in our 9.4 release.

I have been waiting on this update for months now.
I have a system with a single H48 board. Same as your, all control of H48 is gone after most power failures. Sometimes it recovers.

The HomeWorks QS version 9.4 has been released. It is currently available for download on the HomeWorks Resource and MyLutron sites. The 9.4 release addresses the issue with the H48 interfaces not communicating after a power cycle to the boards.
