Something went wrong setting up remote access: Please try again later

Bought a starter kit with Dimmer and Hub and seemed easy enough to set up until I tying to control my devices while away from home

Then I went into Edit Home and saw the above message

Something went wrong setting up remote access: Please try again later

Note that I have tons of other devices (cameras; thermostat,...) on the same router/wifi and can access them remotely fine.

i have tried to delete the Lutron App and reset everything and I still get that error.

got it to work! Had to do multiple hard resets on the Hub

I have had Caseta stuff before but it was via the Wink hub which I found nice as an App.

Lutron was running some updates this weekend. I didn't see anything on Caseta but it's possible they were doing something with it.

Must have been because I had DIVA switches not being recognized (while the pico and older dimmers switches installed fine)
I also had the Google Home integration fail.

    All good now.
