Stand-alone devices for LED light

Greetings to all.


To control LED light, what model of dimmer exists that is stand-alone?


To control LED light, what switch model is there that is stand-alone?

I'm not sure I understand the question as it's posted in the Radio RA3 forum - so I don't know if you mean "standalone" as in "not RA3" or if you mean a circuit that is not 3,4-way.

RA3 has the RRST-PRO dimmer and the RRST-8ANS switch that will control LED loads. (The RA2 RRD-PRO and RRD-8ANS will also work with RA3).

If you want a dimmer that is not on RA2/RA3 then, look at Maestro dimmers (or any other "standard" dimmer on the market -- and if you're looking specifically for LED control, make sure it's reverse-phase dimming). FWIW, I've tested many dimmers and LED bulbs and I have yet to find a dimmer that beats the Lutron PRO dimmers.

I want a dimmer that is from the lutron brand, works for led lights, but that works without an app, without software, that is not controlled with RF.


I think I'm going to have to choose the Maestro LED+ Dimmer MACL-153M and Maestro Electronic Switch MA-S8AM.
