    Dimming issue lutron diva dvstv

I have 3 runs of 2x2 led panels each run connected to a lutron diva dimmer. The lights only dim from the highest setting to maybe the mid range. I have tried adjusting the high end - low end switch but it does not seem to affect the brightness of the lights. I need these lights to dim from low to mid range, looking for any ideas on trouble shooting this problem.

Hello Braatz. Sorry to hear that you aren't getting the dimming range you'd like out of your lights. Did you try removing the 0-10V wires from the DVSTV and then touching them together? This should dim your lights down to their lowest level that they are capable of.

We did test the low voltage wires running to the lights. The lights turn off completely when the two wires are shorted. When we try to adjust the minimum light level dial their is no visible change in the light, their is a slight change in the light when we adjust the maximum light level.
