Lutron Diva Smart Dimmer Switch Issue

Hi All,

I purchased a Lutron Diva Smart Dimmer Switch DVRFW-6L-WH-A (Switch #1) and a Lutron Claro On/Off Switch, 15-Amp/3 Way CA-3PS-WH (Switch #2). When I follow the Lutron Video for installation I have an issue with switch #2. Switch #1 works correctly with no issues. Switch #2 if off, turns off switch #1 making it inoperable. When Switch #2 is on, Switch #1 works perfectly. It forces me to leave Switch #2 on so I control the lights from #1 only. I know I am wiring something wrong. Below is the wiring of both boxes (without the Lutron switches connected). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
