Confused about Engraving Ordering/Installation Process

Hi,

Please help me understand the ordering/engraving process for Ra3 Hybrid Keypads. If I am reading this correctly, I have to order the keypad from my distributor, then I have to install and activate the device. Then I can send Lutron the engraving order, which they send to me, and I can field change out the keypad faceplates?

Is that correct?

Hello,

Yes, you order the keypad first. Then install and activate it into the system, once that is complete you can then submit your engraving report.
You will then be sent replacement faceplates for the keypads that are field swappable. Just change the faceplate and you're done.
