MAESTRO Occupancy/Vacancy Sensors connection 3 way

Is it possible to make a 3-way connection using 2 MAESTRO Occupancy/Vacancy Sensors MS-VPS5M?

Yes. The "M" at the end means multi-location. Some models work with a single mechanical 3-way switch. I can't remember if that specific model does. Otherwise you will need a Maestro companion switch.

Hi, In the installation manual it indicates that the MS-VPS5M sensor can be installed together with a mechanical switch, what I want to do is replace the mechanical switch with another MS-VPS5M sensor, to control a led lamp in a large corridor.

Lutron in-wall sensors will not do that. You an only have one motion sensor per circuit. You could use Lutron RPS sensors (link below) and pair them with Lutron RF dimmers (RR2, et. al.). You can pair multiple sensors with multiple dimmers.

I believe Leviton has a solution that allows 2 sensors on the same circuit. I'm not familiar with their model numbers.
