    Off Site Programing

Thought in the Ra3 training or maybe I read somewhere that you can now make changes to programming off-site/remotley. Is this not true?

Yes, that is true. I have made timeclock changes when the homeowner realized I had the off times wrong. It was just like being on-site.

Yes you can. You can do everything that you could do on-site off site as long as you have the cloud enabled. I believe this is something you set up when creating a project, but can be manually turned on after the fact in the project settings.

Do note that this will deactivate devices at the clients house briefly while you upload to the processor.

You cannot activate devices or do any diagnostics which is a major oversight.
