Thanks for reaching out! Is this referring to the Schedules feature in the Lutron app?
How far away from your Smart Hub is this switch? The first commands to drop out are the "Off" commands. Are you able to consistently turn the lights on and off in the app (not with schedules)? Check to see if moving the Hub closer in the direction of the switch, even a few feet, allows for better connection. Alternatively a range extender like the PD-REP may be helpful in that case.
It is also beneficial to check that the Scheduled event is still programmed properly and activated in the Schedules tab of your Lutron app.
