    Button naming

    I submitted an engraving order for one keypad. Since then I'm unable to add/change button names on any keypad in the house. I could understand that the keypad for which I ordered engraving might be locked, by why all the other keypads? I'm also getting what looks like a cloud error on a keypad, but have no idea what it means.
