    Flaky occupancy sensor (LRF2-OCR2B-P)

    Hi all,
I have been trying to debug what I think may be a faulty occupancy sensor (LRF2-OCR2B-P) for a bit, and have had not luck figuring out what is going on.

    Here is my install.
RadioRA3, single processor, 77 CCX devices, and 30 CCA devices.
I have numerous occupancy sensors throughout the house, and most of them work as expected most of the time.

The ones giving me issue are 2 setup up in the garage.
The garage is about 800sf, 3 car garage with 2 garage doors and openers, about 11ft ceilings.
    I have 2 LRF2-OCR2B-P in the garage.
One is on the 11ft ceiling closer to the south side of the garage, and the other is about 8ft up, on the north side.
These are programed as occupancy, to turn on the garage lights on occupancy and turn off the lights on vacancy.

    This is what is happening:
Right after I do a system transfer, the sensor occupancy works, and the lights turn on. But Vacancy never turns off the lights.
If I push the light button the sensors, the lights turn on and off. If I use the test button the sensors, it picks up movement just fine.
The occupancy only works one time after I do a system transfer

When I look at the event logs right after a system transfer, I see the following (highlighted in green are the garage events)

But the vacancy never fires the ACTIVATE PRESET part, so the vacancy never turns off the lights.

I waited a bit and then tried to trigger the occupancy again, all I got was one event

The garage design is as follows

    And the programming like this

Anyone else run into issues with occupancy sensors like this?

What other debugging would you suggest?

    Thanks

Had a long call with tech support last night - and got some of it working.
We essentially removed, factory reset the sensors and added them back in.
The results - if I have only 1 sensor in the area, it works as expected, once I add the second sensor it stops working.

Question for other installers/owners: do you have an area with 2 Occupancy sensors working properly ?
