Forgotten Password

I have a Radio Ra2 system at home. I have forgotten the password that I use to access the system using the Lutron Home Control+ app. I don't have a connecct bridge and would prefer not to have to buy one. Can anyone help with how to recover the password?

You will need the programming software to check or change the password.

If the "default user" was not deleted, you should be able to connect without a password.

If I'm not mistaken, you don't need a name and password if it's just local access. Have you tried it without it?
