Ra3 Exterior Dongle

Is anyone else noticing that when generating a bill of materials that the report has no pricing for this device. The message is the same as when engraving is involved. I emailed customer support and they said no worries call us and we can provide, but that is not what I want. I need the report to include every device so I can turn it over to the customer and get paid. Some people are picky about this stuff:).
I replied with the comment above but was curious about others experience. This is with the newest version 24.10....

Reach out to customer support or technical support again and provide them with additional details about the problem. They may be able to provide a more comprehensive solution or workaround. In the meantime, you could manually input the pricing information for the Ra3 Exterior Dongle in the bill of materials report before presenting it to the customer. While not ideal, this workaround can ensure that you're providing a complete document to your customers. mapquest
