Claro Smart Accessory on/off function reversed

I have a Claro smart switch and 2 accessory switches. They all work were on is on and off is off. I also have a Claro smart switch and 3 accessory switches. The Claro smart switch and 2 accessory switches work were on is on and off is off. The third switch, off is on and on is off. Is this normal?

Hello blessley, welcome to the Forums. For this last Accessory Switch that is switching backwards, we would recommend swapping the wires from your wall connected to the red and blue wires on the unit, as it may be miscommunicating with the other Accessory Switches as a result.

Thank you. Your suggestion wasn’t the solution, but it exposed the problem. There were more than one wire that were wrong. When all the wires are black, it’s easy to make a mistake!
