Lutron app on multiple devices

Hello, I am installing a new Casetas system. I used the Lutron app on my iPad and added several devices. Shouldn’t I be able to log on to the app on my iPhone and not have to add each of the devices again?

When accessing the Lutron App from multiple devices you would need to use the same email and password used to setup the account. You can share this email and password with up to 10 users/devices. However, all are required to use the same email and password to access the system.

Yes. Try closing/opening the app. This should force it to reconnect and get updated info.
