Kuzco flicker w/PD 5NE at low levels

Any insight into this? Works fine at full power but at 1% I get a flash every few seconds that gets bad reviews.

    Kuzco's list of recommended dimmers
    NOVA NLV-600-WH
    Maestro MAELV-600-WH
    DIVA DVELV-303P-WH
    Radio RA2 PRD-6ND-WH
    Skylark SELVB-300-PR-WH-C

Whole house on Casetta system, would hate to change but the Radio system tempts me....

    thx in advance

Looking at the compatibility list you've provided from Kuzco, they have a mix of forward and reverse-phase dimmers. The PD-5NE supports either dimming signal so it is possible we may see better performance in a different phase. Prior to changing the phase of the dimmer, I would recommend raising the low-end trim to see if the flash can be adjusted out through the device settings. Here is a link to the Caseta Advanced Installation Guide. Page 94 shows how to adjust the low-end trim and Page 100 shows how to set the phase of the PD-5NE.
