I would like to know what dimmer to use for 9- 150 watt UFO lights with 0-10 volt dimming. They are installed at 120 volt on 1 switch.

Bill with this dimmer work with 11.25 amps of load, being the dimmer is only rated for 8 amps?
The answer is no, you will be overloading the DVSTV if you were to connect all of those lights to the single control. There is a model called the DVTV which uses a PP-DV Power Pack that is rated for 16A of control. The DVTV itself is low voltage as shown here on pages 11-12 of the spec sheet.
The only other control rated high enough to control that much is the GRX-TVI. This 0-10V interface is controlled with either a neutral based dimmer or a 3-wire dimmer. The MA-PRO dimmer will work with this interface if the MA-PRO is set to forward phase (it is set to reverse phase by default). You could also use the DVF-103P which is a 3-wire Diva dimmer that is compatible with this interface. As shown on page 2 of the spec sheet, the GRX-TVI is rated for up to 16A of lighting load.
