Integration with door locks.

Has someone done integration with door locks, if so what manufacture and how did you integrate with RR2.

I think you'd need a gateway type device.

I could do this with my Vera controller.

It would take a signal from my Z-Wave locks (Kwikset or Schlage) and for example when the lock is unlocked with a certain code it would fire off a scene that either presses a button on the Lutron keypad (if I want RA2 to control the scene) or simply controls the RA2 devices directly (sending signals to dim at a certain level to some lights; signals to others to stay on for 5 minutes then turn off etc).

But I have mine integrated with my alarm instead of my locks.

I am looking to do the same thing?? ANy thoughts guys / gals? What "gateway" would you recommend?? I need this for both RA2 and Homeworks.

I had a very good customer that used the RRD8ANS to control power to mag locks. The mag lock controls were separate, but he was able to then disable the mag locks for religious holidays. The VCRX would also be an option if the mag locks are using some type of CCI to signal a release.
