    Skylark Dimmer

    Model CTCL-153PDH-WH
    Single pole/3-way

Existing wiring is aluminum. Can I use this dimmer with the existing aluminum wiring or do I have to pigtail?

    Thx!

You cannot connect Al wire to Cu wire directly without the use of a special anti-oxidation wire connector. These connectors should have "Al/Cu" in their description.

I have the Skylark dimmer throughout my house. Is there a product available to lock in the dimmer setting as I like it low but when turning on/fumbling in the dark, the dimmer always seems to get pushed up?

Hello largemelon. Sorry to hear that you are having this issue. We do have the Maestro dimmer or Sunnata dimmer that would be a little easier for operating in the dark. The Maestro has smaller dimming buttons on the side and the Sunnata has a light bar slider on the side.
