I am having difficulty with determining the most practical dimmer to use and could really use some help from the Community.
I have been asked to install dimmable LED tubes in an office environment. Each office has four fixtures, with four bulbs each. I am bypassing the ballasts and rewiring the tombstones.
So, I have 16 tubes rated at 14.5 watts, which equals 232 watts.
In the first office I used a dimmer rated for 250 watts for LED. However, it has a slight hum, which is annoying.
Any ideas on which dimmer I can use that will not hum?
Thanks!
