Cannot set engraving text for Sunnata Keypads in Lutron Designer 22.2

I just build an entire project in Lutron Designer 22.2 and then I realized I cannot edit any Sunnata keypad engravings in version 22.2. When I click "Personalize text / icons" it just opens a blank window.
I tried creating a brand new test project and it still doesn't work. Then I loaded up 22.1 and it works just fine.

Anyone else having this problem with version 22.2? Now I'm stuck because I can't load my project built with 22.2 in version 22.1.

I have noticed it sometimes takes way to long to open. Or I close and reopen the engraving window and it works. The slowness compared to ra2 drives me crazy.

I'm having the same issue on version 22.5. Did you ever find a resolution for this?. Version 22.1 loads the popup just fine.

I am still having this same issue with 23.1.

The PDFs not generating is related to a Windows update that affected the .NET framework.

I found a solution.

With the help of Lutron Tech Support, I discovered that I had Parallels set up in Coherence mode. I liked that so PC apps behaved like Mac apps when running. This is the problem. When I turned off Coherence Mode, the engraving popup worked fine. Lutron tells me they are working on a solution.
