    Shade pocket installation practices

What process do you guys use to get these pockets installed? It gets really tiresome to keep meeting with the framer over and over before we can actually put them in.
I know some guys are just giving the pockets to the GC instead, not sure how they convince a GC to install a low voltage product that we sell and make money on.

We use use mounting brackets for the pockets from this company. www.shadepocketbracket.com
Takes the pain out of pocket installations, literately takes less then 10 min to mount a pocket without the back and forth bs with the GC and the framer.
That the shade manufacturers didn't think about making a bracket for these things before boggles my mind.

Are they only for the ~5" pockets? Didn't spend to much time on the site but it looks like you don't need a support header anymore, the wood piece provides the backing. Pretty nifty, that will definitely eliminate the need for dealing with the framers!!

It looks like those are only for our 4.75" x 5" pockets.

Yeah, those only works with the 4 3/4 x 5 pockets.
I've been told that a version for the smaller pockets are coming in Oct this year and the 6x9"dual pocket version before Christmas.
