    4 way install

    Hi,
Currently my mud room is a 4 way circuit with 1 mechanical dimmer controlling 5 ceiling LED Par 30. I have issues with intermittent flickering which I presume is related to the dimmer. I would like to convert to caseta switches without a dimmer. The dimmer is brown so I would like to convert this to a brown mechanical switch (wife's orders)cwith a PD-5ANS. I don't believe I can use 2 mechanical switches with the PD-5ANS. Is this true?

If I use a 2 way PICO switch, does it matter if I terminate the 3 way or 4 way switch?

Caseta products are not available in brown. They are available in white, ivory, light almond and black.

You are correct. You can use the 5ANS with 1 mechanical 3-way switch. You would need a Pico in the middle location.

You may need to adjust the wiring of the circuit even if you only use the 5ANS and Pico remotes.
