Oh, and now that I've calmed down a bit, I wanted to add, my workaround for this is to move the picos for my three-way installs to prime locations, and put the dimmers in the more out of the way spots, where I'm less likely to turn on a light. The dimmers are fine for spots when you often turn it off--for example, heading down a staircase, I turn off the light on that landing. Perfect place for a really stupid dimmer LOL. On the way up, where I'm usually turning the light on where I'm going, I want the smarter pico so I can choose my preset.

If you have a lot of three way installs with a dimmer plus one or more picos, this works pretty well.
