    Lutron LRF2-OCR2B-P-WH

Trying to install a Lutron LRF2-OCR2B-P-WH. The unit was added to Essentials. For programming, I have the "Occupied" action turning on a light, and the "Unoccupied" action turning off the same light.

The unit activated just fine and programming transferred. When I press the Test button the unit detects motion. When I press the Light button the desired light turns on. When I press the Light button again the desired light turns off.

On the unit itself, Auto-On is enabled, Activity is at the most sensitive, and the Timeout is at 5 minutes.

The unit does not detect motion or turn on the lights.

    Any suggestions?

another caveat. I installed the device in the ceiling but did not wait 5 minutes to see if the sensor would work. I am now waiting for a bit before I go in to the space and will check if the sensor works.

my assumption is that if the timeout is set to 5 minutes that you have to wait that amount of time after transferring the programming before it will work and that after you manually turn off the lights that you also have to wait that amount of time.

I wanted > 5 minute Timeout and the unit works as expected.
