Battery powered to Wired Sivoia QS Triathlon conversion

Is it possible to convert a battery powered Sivoia QS Triathlon shade to a powered one? Or not worth it if you have to swap motors as well?

I don't believe so. You would need to replace the battery holder with the wired package. They are not designed to be disassembled. Could you rig something? Possibly. Obviously that would void any warranty.

Do you know if the motors on the wired and wireless are the same by any chance?

I believe they are but I can't say for sure. There are different size motors to accommodate the various shade sizes. In the QS family they call them Roller 20, Roller 64, etc. The QS motors all use the same power supplies regardless of size. I haven't seen any breakdown of the motor sizes for Triathlon.

They are the same drive, but they are programmed differently to respond accordingly to the difference in voltages between batteries and plug-in.

Yes, it's possible and not especially difficult. But as Randy pointed out, it's bound to void the warranty so I'd be reluctant to do it on brand new shades.

I have made these conversions myself, and found the motors to be the same. A battery pack just wires a bunch of batteries in series (i.e., add their voltages) so that they can then provide the required 6-12vdc to the motor. Converting to a "hardwired" shade is a matter of substituting an external LV power supply for the battery pack.
