I have a switch I want to replace and it has one white, one black and one ground wire coming out. I'm trying to determine which product will work.

Blk/wht/gnd attached to a dumb switch is typical. Gnd is gnd, white & black are line & load hot, but you'd need a meter to determine which is which (since it may be a switch loop). Assuming a wire's purpose by sheath color alone is dumb and dangerous way to do electrical, so please never do that and always test to figure out for sure which is line and which is load.
Are there any neutrals passing through the box, or are those literally the only 3 wires in the box?
