4 series HWI (H4P5-HRL-120)-H48 no/blinking lights; cascading keypad
Novice Lutron user here. I am getting the cascading lights on the keypad, and would love any advice on what I should do to solve the problem.
Last time this happened 5 years ago, we had a bad processor. I think we have the 4 series HWI (H4P5-HRL-120) - H48.
I am getting no/blinking lights in two areas
1. Status section on main board: no light 1, no light 2, blinking P
2. top most light is blinking in the H48 section
Thank you in advance!

Thank you for your post, prakalap.
The blinking "P" indicator light you referenced means the processor is in boot mode. To recover the processor from boot mode, perform the following steps using the dip switches to the right of those indicator lights:
1. Move dip switch #1 (the top dip switch) to the right (ON position)
2. Power cycle the processor for about 5 seconds
3. With the processor powered back up, move dip switch #1 to the left (OFF position)
4. Power cycle the processor again for about 5 seconds
After the processor has powered back up the second time, check the keypads to see if they are scrolling.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm not sure if I power cycled it correctly because some of the lights were still on when I disconnected the power.
1. I moved the dip switch to the right
2. Then I disconnected the cable circled in red for about 20 seconds:
3. Then I reconnected the cable and waited 20seconds
4. Then I moved the dip switch to the left
5. Then I removed the same power cable, waited 20 seconds
6. then I reconnected the cable and waited.
Then I noticed a blinking red light here:

then the lights were as before.
Did I need to power cycle differently?

Did this again, but this time no blinking red light. But overall no change in the lights after the above.

figured out how to power cycle with the "INIT" button (holding it down for 5 sec). Yay!!!! It worked. Thank you thank you thank you!
