    AYCL153P Not working

Have replaced two bulbs. each worked for a while and then stopped. Is the whole switch bad? Also what is the little adjustment lever for on the front?

The adjustment lever is to adjust the high end/low end trim on the dimmer when working with LEDs and experiencing flickering in either range. We'd recommend to bypass the dimmer to make sure the lights come on without the dimmer in play. If you are controlling LEDs, swap them out with an incandescent or halogen and see if the issue persists.
