Trouble Adding HRT-3LD Lamp Dimmer to Homeworks Illumination software

Hi, I am trying to add 2 more HRT-3LD Lamp Dimmer switches to my system. I am running Homeworks Illumination version 1.43. I currently have 2 HRT-3LD in my system and they work fine. I tried adding the other 2 but they will not show up when I do the serial number addressing. I bought them from 2 separate places and they noted they work. So I also bought a HR-REP repeater thinking maybe my current HR-REP-120 wasn't strong enough that also will not show up in the serial number addressing. I am able to delete my current 2 HRT-3LD switches and then see them show up in the addressing screen and I am able to readd them back to the system fine so I don't think its my original HR-REP. I am wondering if I am missing something in regards to adding new equipment to my system. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Make sure you have the devices added to the appropriate output in the addressing screen (View, Address Assignment).

You may need to reset them to factory defaults. Unplug the device, hold the paddle and up rocker down. Plug the device in - the LEDs should scroll up/down. Release the buttons then tap the paddle and down rocker at the same time.
