    HomeKit integration stopped working

    Hi everyone

    I have used my system for a few years now and for the last two or so days the HomeKit integration stopped working for all devices. HomeKit still sees them but can’t operate them. All devices still work via the Lutron app, Alexa, and SmartThings but not HomeKit.

    I tried troubleshooting my system by
    1) restating hub with no luck.
    2) removed and recreated the HomeKit integration

    Strangely enough when I recreated the connection HomeKit still finds all the devices but just can’t operate them. My hub is direct connect Ethernet so WiFi isn’t an issue.

    Perhaps this is a result of an Apple update?

    Anyone else have the problem?

    Hi rzande1,

    Welcome to the forums. Do you have any Home Pods or Apple TV's? If so, please reboot them. Did anything recently change with your network configuration (e.g. new router, different ISP, etc.)? HomeKit can be fully reset from the Caseta hub and relinked. Please give the steps in this article a try: Removing Apple HomeKit integration from the Caseta System | Lutron

    Once the HomeKit integration has successfully been reset, please relink the integration.
