Question Pico connects but not dimmer switch

Just installed a dimmer and pico remote and bridge that came with the starter kit. The bridge is connected to my Netgear Nighthawk router. I started pairing the first dimmer and got to the point where the LEDs blink rapidly and then the app stalled there. After about 5 minutes I backed out and retried several times but got stuck at the same point. I tried following the advanced instructions for deleting the pairing but could not get past step 3 (light flashes 3 times then turns off). I then tried to pair the pico remote and it paired fine. Tried again to pair the switch but no luck. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but no luck. Any suggestions for how I get this dimmer switch connected?

Try resetting the device back to factory defaults. The link below is our very own SDR-Mike demonstrating the process. You will notice he taps 5 or 6 times. This is just to ensure he gets 3 taps within the time allotted. The device will stop counting after 3.
