Don't Know Which Switches To Use?

Home Depot wasn't sure about what I needed, fortunately I found this forum. I recently bought a house that the former owner started upgrading with Lutron Caseta switches. He left the hub and switches with the house, and I'd like to add a couple of more switches. The garage has 5 non-dimmable LED fixtures on 3 way switches with NO NEUTRAL, what switch would I use there? The bedroom has a 3 speed ceiling fan, the speeds are controlled with a pull chain on the fan, there is an on/off rocker switch in the wall, again there is no neutral line, I just want to be able to turn the fan on or off, what switch would I use there? I don't know if it matters or not, but I'm using Amazon Alexa with the Lutron hub.

You can try the PD-5WS-DV. It is on/off only and does not require a neutral. You may still have some issues with LEDs.

The PD-FSQN will work with fans that have pull-chains. It does require a neutral.

Are you sure there are no neutrals? Mechanical switches don't require a neutral so they are typically shoved in the back of the box.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, this is an older house, and I'm positive there is no neutral. Thank you for the suggestion on the PD-5WS-DV, I'll swing by Home Depot and see if they have on in stock.
