Do Lutron maestro motion sensors work on leg switches?

I purchased and installed two Lutron Maestro MS-OPS2 motion detector switches that don't work. Here are all the details:

For electricians, I think the problem is wiring, and motion detector switches don't work with leg switch wiring.

Motion sensors require a neutral (preferred) or a ground connection. It appears that your application does not have a neutral. There are directions in the installation instructions for wiring without a neutral.
