Power Failure during OS Upgrade HQP6-2

Hoping someone can help. HomeWorks QS was in the middle of upgrading the OS on the HQP6-2 processor when the power failed. Now L1/L2 heart beat lights are solid green with their TX/RX solid orange, database indicator flashing red, processor heart beat flashing green, error indicator off and power indicator on.I've tried to force a full transfer and also tried forcing an upgrade, but it says it cannot find the processor. Any way to revive this processor?

    Thank you for post jaysautomation.

Based on what has happened the processor may be stuck it bootmode. We would recommend giving us a call while onsite and we can assist with that attempting to revive the processor!
