    Low Voltage on high

I have a new dimmer PD-6WCL. It is only sending 104 volts to the fixture on high. Is there a setting I am missing or perhaps I got a faulty switch. Jumpering the switch out sends the full 120 volts to the fixture so it is not a wiring issue between the switch and light.

I tried the trimming programming with no change. Currently using a 60 watt incandescent bulb for testing.

100% is actually like 95% due to the way dimmers work. Hooking up a multimeter to the fixture will probably yield odd results. What issue are you trying to diagnose?
