Yes. The Caseta Pro switches are fully compatible with all versions of the Smart Bridge and Pico remotes.

Smart Bridge PRO adds a couple of options, like apps integration and support for Triathlon and Sivoia shades. "Why do they sell non-PRO bridge" is the question you should be asking.

On a related note, are the caseta dimmers compatible with RR2? Got a caseta user who wants to upgrade to RR2

No. Upgrade path to RR2 is "rip out and replace" - the same as RR2 to HWQS upgrade.

Does this include shades too. Customer has SmartBridge Pro and wants to buy several shades. He doesn't want to upgrade to RR2 until the new bridge is out next year. If he buys the triathlon shades will they work with both? In SCT, it doesn't require you to select a control system (IIRC)

Triathlon shades will work with RR2. Just need to select Triathlon over Serena RF in the SCT.

Seems strange the the shades are compatible with Casete (proBridge) and RR2, but switches are not. Will stop a lot of people upgrading
