    Be very careful and don't let anybody with Level 2 save your file. Once your database is converted to level 2, there is no going back.

    Sparky is right but you can send your file to Lutron and they can revert it to level 1. I've never done it but I have seen it done by others.

    That's good to know! A few years ago, I had one customer who had started the programming and then got in over his head and I took over and pretty much redid everything he had done and after we were done, I gave him the database not realizing that having saved it as Level 2, he could no longer open it. In that case, we had to use a GrafikT dimmer for one lighting load because at the time there was no 250W LED dimmer options so there was no way to convert it anyway but I'm sure this would come up in the future and it's nice to have an option to go back.

    You can do everything you want to do with Level 1, call Lutron and have them check your account. My account got vaporized once when they switched to new log in system, they had to reset it up. Took five minutes on the phone.
