Possible to have a switch bypass the "all off" feature?

I've recently installed Caseta dimmer switches in our home. One switch controls decorative outdoor lights, which I have programmed to a schedule to come on at dusk and off in the early morning. But if we use the "All Off" feature in the Lurton app while those are on (per the schedule), it turns that switch off too, overriding the schedule. Is there a way around this? A way to remove that switch from the "all off" option, so that it stays on?

You should be able to remove that switch by going under the scene tab > tap the pencil icon next to the "All Off" scene name > Devices > Deselect the lights you no longer want in the scene.

What the OP is referring to as "All Off" is not a scene. When you open the Lutron app, at the top is a light bulb with a count of the lights that are currently turned on. If you touch that, it will display which lights are on and there is an option to turn all lights off.
