ELV dimmer switch with no neutral wire

Hi, I'm having trouble finding finding a switch to work with my LED pendant lights because my building has no neutral wires. Is there an ELV dimmer for an LED fixture that doesn't require a neutral? FYI, these are the lights:

In order for our ELV rated dimming controls to function properly they require a neutral connection. If you are able to run a neutral line you will be able to use an ELV rated control. If you have any other questions our tech support team can be reached at as well as over the phone at 1-844-LUTRON1 (588-7661).

No. It is my understanding that such a dimmer is not technologically possible as it needs to reference the neutral to work correctly. I'm not an electrical engineer but that's what an engineer told me. Time to run a neutral. If you have 14/2 running from the fixture to the switch it would be relatively straightforward to switch that to 14/3, which will get you a neutral.
