Can the Lutron Caseta Smart Home Dimmer Switch be programmed to turn on and off automatically at specific times? Or is there a lutron product that can do that? For example, if I need the lights to turn on at 7:00 am and off at 7:00 pm, can any of the inwall switches do that? Thanks

Yes, as long as you also have a Caseta Smart Bridge installed. With the Smart Bridge installed, you can schedule using the Lutron app or what ever smart home platform you may use (Apple HomeKit, Amazon Alexa, Google Home, etc).
