Hello,

I was wondering what the process is to gain access to the shade designer portion of the my Lutron site. I have already completed the essentials pre-work and the on site in person training and sent in a copy of the shades binder and demo we have. It appears that I am missing the My projects tab when I compare my log in to a co-workers site.

Any help would be appreciated. I have clients that are waiting on their proposals and I need to get into this.
