    MS-OPS5MH 3 way troubleshooting

    Hi a,

Trying to figure out what is wrong with my three way configuration.

The occupancy sensor is installed in a three way configuration. With the accessory switch flipped down, the occupancy sensor works fine (I can turn the light on and off with the occupancy sensor switch).

With the accessory switch up, the occupancy switch clicks but neither turns on the light or turns it off.

I followed the wiring instructions and tried to swap the traveler wirings on both the occupancy and accessory switches with no change.

    Would appreciate any help!

    Thanks

Make sure you are using the 2 terminals on the same side of the mechanical 3-way. Don't forget the jumper.

    Thanks,

I ended up having to wire one of the travellers on the opposite side of the mechanics 3 way switch. I must have switched something up on the occupancy sensor side.
