    Maestro flashes on full power

I know I need to provide more information (led bulb type etc but this is all i have for now). I have an apartment where the homeowner has several maestro dimmers (led compatible). On the switches where there are 4 or less mr16 bulbs they work flawlessly. On the switches with 5 or more mr16s they flash on and off when at full brightness. This only happens at full brightness, up until full they work great. Is there a way to set a top level trim, or is he going to have to change out the relevant dimmers? None of the effected dimmers are 3 ways. he had maestro dimmers before on incandescent and had all his bulbs changed by a caretaker to "dimmable led" He then had us install the led compatible dimmers, and asked for the maestro because he liked them. The issue wasn't noticed at the time of install as it's a bit intermittent.any suggestions? Thanks

LED compatible (MACL-153, MA-PRO) have high and low end trim adjustment. See link below.
