MA-T51, flicking load LED in count down mode

I just replaced a single pole switch on a functioning Broan® 110 CFM Ventilation Fan with Soft Surround LED Lighting (791 LEDM-B) with a MA-T51 countdown timer. The MA-T51 turns the LED light and fan on but when the MA-T51 is in count down mode the fan works properly but the LED flickers between bright and low light. Oddly when the count down reaches the lowest preset, 5 minutes, the LED light returns to the bright setting. Thank you for any suggestions. Chris99

The T51 will not work in parallel with another switch. If you have a3-way application you will need the T51M and a MA-AS companion switch.

You may have a compatibility issue with the LED. The T51M has a neutral connection which may help.
