Fan Control Issue

I recently installed the Caseta Fan Control in my house. When using it, the fan does not come up to full speed. When I re-installed the old Fan Control, the fan works 100%. I made sure the fan was set to operate at full speed prior to installing the Caseta control.Any ideas ????

You need to have a pull chain fan with a split-capacitor motor. Anything else will not work. Many newer fans do something more clever (DC, proprietary wireless etc)
