Minka Aire Light & Fan Speed Switch Compatibility

Good morning. Is CAS compatible with a Minka Aire fan with a Mika Aire WC106 switch. This switch has a lighting dimmer and a four-setting fan controller (the installation guide is at https://www.minkagroup.net/images/in...1538524654.pdf). It has three wires that come into it from the wall.1. Is the Caseta PD-FSQN-WH Smart Fan Speed Control Switch compatible with this? 2. Can I use the Smart Fan Speed Control Switch in combination with the In-Wall Smart Dimmer Switch PD-6WCL-WH in this application?3. How would I wire the two of them, given that the current switch combination from Minka Aire has only three wires going into it?Many thanks for your help!

    1. No. The WC106 is listed as a transmitter. That implies it is sending a PLC (power line carrier) signal to a receiver in the fan. The FSQN won't work with a receiver. If your fan has a pull-chain for speed control you may be able to remove the receiver.

    2. Maybe, see #3.

    3. If you are able to remove the receiver, connect the black wire to the motor lead (typically black) and the red wire to the light lead (typically blue). Connect the neutral and grounds. At the wallbox, use the black for the FSQN and the red for the 6WCL.
